I know depression from very close. And I know that it needs to be talked about. I know that feeling helpless is a feeling that drain you out and sucks the very life out of you, but there is hope. Yes, there is hope and there is no shame is asking for help. You, my friends, are not helpless. Your friends and family are there for you. I am there for you.

Feeling Helpless? There is hope. Just ask for help!

What to do when someone looses all hopes?

You’ve tried a pep up talk. Didn’t work.

Gave yourself some inspirational examples. Didn’t work either.

Tried dealing with your sadness that has no obvious cause, or your unexplained frustration. Nothing.

your energy levels dip so low and it is annoying because you have nothing to complain about in life!

Yes, you have a perfect life! You are happy on paper.

Then, why do you feel helpless,

Why do you feel this sadness?

Don’t know why, but it is funny at times. And pathetic.

Can I fight for a cause I myself have lost faith in? – You ask yourself.

How can I fight a battle when I’ve already lost it in my mind?

I always believed that when you really believe in something, it happens.

I believe in miracles, I believe in angels.

You tell yourself all this. Nothing changes.

You, with your perfect life and nothing to complain about, are burdened by sadness of a past lifetime.

You, who is an empowered human being of this age, is helpless in front of your mind.

So you wait.

You wait for a miracle.
