Most Colourful Cities of The World – And A Contest!

When I think of the World’s Most Colourful Cities – the first city that comes to my mind is Mathura during the festival of Holi! It sure is one of the most colourful cities in India, and possibly in the World, though I am yet to see the world.

Hong Kong also springs up on my mind, at the mention of world’s most colourful cities, because everywhere you look in Hong Kong, from the vivid skyline to the buzzing streets, you see myriad colours everywhere. It’s a mesmerising sight, really.

The Colourful Streets of Hong Kong.

Santorini is another one of the world’s most colourful cities – and like many other travellers, I admit that you can’t take your eyes off the Santorini landscape lined with splashing blasts of bright colours everywhere you turn. It is nothing short of magic.

Recently a close friends of mine, visited Tokyo and she couldn’t stop raving about it! Tokyo is a city that is techincolor in all frames, as is evident from my friend’s camera roll. Yes, I’ve put it on my list.

Also, I might be wrong here, but I think Phuket is pretty colourful too. I haven’t been there yet, but three of us travel-bug-bitten girls are heading to Phuket in Oct 2016 because one fine day during our regular ritual of searching for flights to random destinations, Skyscanner India gave us unbelievable prices and it would have been silly not to book it right then. Right? So that’s set.

Travel Tip: Never let go of a good deal, you can always make time for travel if you try hard enough. *wink wink*

And speaking of Skyscanner and colours, today is the last day to participate in Skyscanner’s super fun Travel Contest where you can win free flight tickets to one of the world’s most colourful cities that include Hong Kong, Santorini, Tokyo and more!
