This post is about InkHorn’s super exciting Short Story Collaboration that is currently accepting submissions from writers form all around the globe. The theme for this short story collaboration is India: An Idea, which according to me, is extremely apt keeping in mind the current intolerance / tolerance heated debate that’s going on in the country.

You can read about the rules and all other details of this short story competition on InkHorn’s website, but just to mention the top 3 highlights:


1. This book of short stories, is going to be published not just in India, which is usually the case, but in more than 6 countries.


2. There will be a total of 24 stories in the book. 10 by Indian writers, 10 by foreign writers and 4 from child authors.


3. A panel of judges, who are from India, Pakistan, USA and more, is going to select the best stories that capture the essence of India: An Idea, and this gives aspiring authors a chance to feature along side known names in the literary world.
